Design idea work in progress....

ok so i just wanted to work with what i think are called epaulettes and my ability on photoshop are sadly limited so its not that great but it looked better on paper i swear
oh well its not quite finished yet and hoefully itll look better then...
if you have any ideas for styling or shoes please please tell me cuz im running a blank
